What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Act as a liaison between team members and the AVP of Customer Care, facilitating effective communication and support
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives
- Handle customer escalation calls and assist with customer care duties as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in call center leadership
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in performance coaching
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty insurance licensing within 60 days of employment
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- High creativity and energy level
