What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Data Insight Analysts, fostering collaboration and a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics strategy with organizational goals and client expectations
- Oversee the creation of client-facing reports and performance dashboards that provide valuable insights
- Ensure all reporting is delivered with precision, consistency, and relevance, maintaining high data quality standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and enhance team efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience working in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technology-driven environment
- Strong ability to write complex SQL queries and manipulate data from large relational databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex analytics into clear narratives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or ThoughtSpot Data Pro
- Experience working with HIPAA-compliant or PHI-sensitive data environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-integrated analytics reporting
- Proven track record of implementing reporting automation or self-service analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare program analytics such as patient adherence or prescription fulfillment metrics
