  Job Summary

  Astound Broadband is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Supervisor to lead and inspire our residential door-to-door sales team responsible for selling high speed internet, mobile phone, cable television and phone services for our IL/IN market. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, innovative sales strategies and a track record of meeting sales targets while creating a positive and collaborative team culture.

  This is a hands on role reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Sales and involves 80% fieldwork and 20% in-office responsibilities. Having flexible availability to support the team during residential sales hours which include evenings and weekends is required. Compensation is base + commission with an annual target of $110,000.00 as well as a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus for qualified new hires. Astound Broadband is seeking to fill two positions for this role.

  Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the residential door-to-door sales team, providing guidance, constructive feedback and fostering healthy competition to meet sales targets and cultivate a positive team culture.
  • Recruit, and train sales team members, utilizing sales techniques and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Efficiently manage team schedules, routes, and daily activities for optimal productivity.
  • Complete two field evaluations daily and lead weekly sales meetings and trainings.
  • Use proficiency in sales data and analytics to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly to adapt to changing market conditions and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt handling of customer complaints.
  • Enforce ethical sales practices and ensure compliance with Company policies as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  Requirements/Qualifications

  Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales leadership experience

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and developmental skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable form of transportation.
