What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team focused on retaining existing business customers through effective sales strategies
- Coach and develop sales representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software
- Conduct regular team meetings for skill improvement and to share best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to foster effective communication across functional areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
- Proven experience in coaching and managing sales teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
