      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and mentor web development and engineering team members
      - Lead the technical strategy for product development and feature enhancements
      - Oversee the web development process, ensuring timely sprint delivery and quality outcomes
      - Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Director to define project value and manage development backlogs
      - Facilitate effective communication and meetings to promote team collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - At least five years of progressively responsible IT experience, including one year in a lead or supervisory role
      - Proven experience in a technical leadership role within a software development environment
      - Extensive experience in software development and translating user requirements into technical solutions
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a solution architect, technical business analyst, developer, or engineering lead role on digital projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in computer or information science
      - Experience within a healthcare or higher education organization
      - Familiarity with building sites using the Drupal CMS
      - Fluency in coding languages like PHP, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, XML
      - Project management experience in a healthcare or academic medical center setting
