What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Workforce Administration team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and establish Workforce Administration goals, monitoring staff adherence to work schedules and generating compliance reports
- Identify and coordinate business development opportunities, assisting in the creation of procedures for compliance and continuous improvement
- Oversee intra-day workforce management, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to achieve service level goals
- Analyze trends and provide forecasts for staffing and capacity planning, making recommendations for adjustments based on results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS Degree with at least 5 years of experience in workforce administration or HS Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of experience in workforce administration
- Experience in verbal and written communication with various audiences, including internal and external customers
- Proven ability to provide customer service meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Supervisor experience in a workforce administration environment
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Workforce Management and Genesys Pulse tools
- Expertise in intraday management and real-time decision-making
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in call center operations and workforce planning
