      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and maintain supplier files in the SFS Accounts Payable and ShopUW+ modules
      - Review transaction processing internal controls and recommend policies and procedures
      - Audit, monitor, and organize fiscal records, reports, and affiliated materials
      - Answer advanced fiscal questions and provide information to various audiences based on established standards
      - Update internal database files and ensure data integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
      - Strong human relations and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
      - Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and basic accounting principles
      - Proficiency in Excel with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports
      - Familiarity with Jaggaer or other accounting software, and knowledge of ImageNow or similar software
      - Understanding of state accounts payable statutes and funding rules
