      THE POSITION

      As Senior Manager, Supplier Performance Management, within our Source 2 Procure Function (“S2P”) you will lead the strategy, structure, and execution of performance management for FanDuel’s most critical suppliers. In collaboration with Supplier Risk, Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation & Contracting, Business Owners, and Procurement Operations you will drive supplier accountability, ensure service excellence, and maximize the long-term value from our supplier base through targeted improvement plans, joint business reviews, and performance analytics.

      In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

      THE GAME PLAN
      Everyone on our team has a part to play

      • Build and lead a supplier performance management program across critical suppliers and foster framework alignment globally.
      • Drive data collection, analysis, and reporting on supplier performance trends.
      • Develop and execute standardized performance scorecards, business review cadence, and SLAs & KPIs tailored to each supplier relationship.
      • Monitor service level performance, escalate gaps, and help create performance improvement plans when needed.
      • Partner with Business Owners and Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation & Contracting to track, measure, and improve supplier service delivery and alignment with FanDuel’s business goals.
      • Collaborate closely with the Supplier Risk Manager to ensure risks are translated into proactive performance actions and recovery plans.
      • Conduct root cause analysis and lead the creation of performance improvement plans, ensuring supplier ownership and measurable outcomes.
      • Monitor and report on supplier performance trends, using data and insights to inform strategic decisions and contract negotiations.
      • Identify and share best practices, innovation opportunities, and continuous improvement across supplier engagements.
      • Lead joint business reviews (JBRs) with strategic suppliers and FanDuel leadership.
      • Work cross-functionally with S2P, Legal, Risk, ESG, Cyber Security, and Business Stakeholders to ensure holistic supplier performance oversight.
      • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve service, or enhance supplier collaboration through performance tracking insights.
      • Co-Lead the evolution of FanDuel’s supplier segmentation and strategic supplier initiatives, including partnerships and innovation pilots.
      • Improve tooling and processes while increasing efficiency and effectiveness over time.

      THE STATS
      What we're looking for in our next teammate

      • 7+ years of experience in supplier performance management, contract management, relationship management, strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of driving supplier excellence.
      • Extensive experience with building supplier performance scorecards, leading supplier reviews, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs) and managing cross-functional improvement initiatives.
      • Demonstrated ability to analyze supplier data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
      • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
      • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, particularly in leading executive business reviews.
      • Strong knowledge of supplier management systems, data tools, and performance management frameworks.
      • A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset and external awareness of performance management best practices.
      • Strong Excel skills and Power BI.

      The applicable salary range for this position is $129,000 - $175,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
