      About the role
      As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the various aspects of the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, develop strategic solutions, and implement process enhancements. Your role will involve conducting research, generating reports, creating models, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.

      Annual salary range: $60K - $80K USD

      What you'll be doing
      • Data Analysis and Modeling:
      • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
      • Develop mathematical models and simulations to evaluate different scenarios and optimize supply chain operations.
      • Utilize statistical analysis techniques to identify areas of inefficiency, forecast demand, and improve forecasting accuracy.
      • Supply Chain Optimization
      • Assess current supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, and identify areas for optimization.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement supply chain improvement initiatives, such as reducing the lead times, improving supplier performance, or implementing new technologies.
      • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
      • Process Improvement
      • Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
      • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop strategies to address them effectively.
      • Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose process enhancements that align with the organization's goals.
      • Reporting and Communication
      • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
      • Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, operations, and finance, to ensure effective communication and alignment of supply chain strategies.
      • Maintain clear and concise documentation of analysis, models, and process for future reference.
      • Systems and Technology
      • Work with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain management software, and other analytical tools to gather and analyze data.
      • Support the implementation and integration of new supply chain technologies and tools.


      What you have
      • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
      • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
      • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Smartsheets, etc.
      • Knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends.
      • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
      • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
      • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements.
