What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the single point of contact for sales teams regarding order status and inventory levels
- Support the largest and most critical accounts for the organization
- Attend Joint Customer Business Meetings as a Subject Matter Expert on Customer Supply Chain topics
- Coordinate with Regional Planners and Supply Chain to manage customer line changes and demand fluctuations
- Provide insights on demand and forecast trends to enhance the S&OP process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, or business
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience
- Strong background in Inventory Analysis, Production and Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and/or Logistics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects, and Power Query
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of inventory management concepts
- Ability to thrive in complex and high-pressure environments
