As a Supply Chain Event Manager/Project Manager, you will be responsible to drive all the necessary steps to launch new projects or geographical extension and you will be accountable for On Time Launch, First Time Right and Compliant. You will manage product changes as well as, delisting and discontinuation as per the business needs. You will also provide the necessary support to the Business Managers during the exploratory phase to facilitate the speed to market, as well as supporting initiatives for facilitating the route to market.
A Day in the Life of an Supply Chain Event Manager:
• Drive all current/planned projects by tracking their status in order to launch them on time.
• Coordinate all the necessary steps: master data (material, vendor, customer...) and transportation route set up, IMSPB validation and documentation.
• Own and regularly review the project timelines agreed with the Project Leaders/Business Managers and identify all critical milestones to be revised during the execution of every project. Communicate and highlight any risks which could delay the project.
• Maintain the SKU portfolio updated from activation to discontinuation in coordination with business managers and involved stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in order to ensure the 1st time right & on time sales order placement through root cause analysis and challenge the current ways of working.What will make you successful:
• Proven experience of positive record in the Demand and Supply Planning or Supply Chain Processes
• Overall understanding of the way of working of a manufacturing site
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven track record in project management skills
• Proficiency on SAP (Master Data)
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
