5+ years of experience working in supply chain and project management
Experience with managing supply chain teams, including commodity or procurement teams
Experience with risk and threat analysis
Experience with collaborating and communicating with external stakeholders
Experience working effectively with teams within an organization
Experience with the utilization of tools and datasets to monitor events and index risks
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods
Ability to develop data and leverage metrics and analytics to generate insights for supply chain analysis via web-based tools and Excel
Bachelor's degree
Experience with complex and agile supply chain environments in healthcare, including FDA or EMA regulations and cGMP
Experience in data visualization software, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Pyramid
Experience with value chain mapping and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA)
Experience working with commodity and procurement teams to identify materials and sourcing risks
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification
ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Procurement and Supply Operations Certification
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Certification
APICS Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR-P) Certification
SCPro Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Certification and PMP Certification

Supply Chain Integration ManagerKey Role:
Manage a team of supply chain analysts with daily monitoring of global supply chain events and disruptions and help assign daily tasks based on resources. Help develop and measure KPIs related to programmatic areas of focus as well as supply-chain-specific KPIs. Identify areas of team optimization or potential tools and capabilities to continue to build out Program efficiency. Support research related to potential supply chain disruptions and risks and help identify potential actions.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
