Celestica LLC, Merrimack, NH seeks Supply Chain Managers - Oversee supply chain management activities and ensure they are executed in accordance with the corporate policies and standards established by Celestica for its worldwide operations to include support on quarterly BOM Costing exercises for global customers by performing analysis of pricing and BOMs from SAP data, QuoteMaster, cost reduction support and justification for CBOM changes. Use Scavenger tool to provide supply chain solutions in order to manage all site purchasing activities that include, but are not limited to, negotiations and agreements with suppliers, as well as ensuring quality and delivery requirements are met. Maintain responsibility for all Supply Chain Management activities for Celestica USA in Santa Clara, California, including the management of the warehouse and material handling for all site business units, while providing leadership and coaching to the subordinate team. Develop strategic plans and make recommendations to improve, policies, procedures, distribution methodologies while providing leadership and working cross-functionally and with other sites to achieve objectives and manage a wide range of processes. Oversee the daily operations related to the warehouse, material handling, logistics systems, shipping operations and the HUB export process and ensure it is in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws. Manage the design, development, integration and maintenance of SCM systems, tools, processes and training at the site and oversee the provision of training on such systems, tools and processes to employees of Celestica USA using SiliconExpert to analyze lifecycle options and full solutions for risk management at component level and create and manage the complex Multi-BOM analysis tool. Develop and execute site inventory management processes including forecasting, analysis, reporting, and action plans and use Rapid response to perform customer demand and supply analysis, inventory management, clear to build what if scenarios to support planning activities and guidance to the site. Use IT concepts and integrated business applications including scavenger, SAP, Enovia and Qspec in order to provide direct and indirect supervision to subordinate team leaders and professional employees who perform specialized roles in a major function or division/department within large business and client sites, including long-term planning, objective setting and policy formation. Ensure the following essential Supply Chain functions are operating smoothly: global transportation services; distribution; site purchasing contracts and agreement preparation; inventory management; and shipment operations and support analysis of geographical risk mitigation data by using Z2 data tool to fulfill global customer requirements. 10% US and/or Int’l Travel to meet with current and/or potential customers and with internal team members to lead day to day supply chain activities to support customer requirements. May Telecommute.
Role Requirements
Requires Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Business Administration, or closely related field and two (2) yrs. experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included Use of SiliconExpert to analyze lifecycle options and full solutions for risk management at component level; Create and manage the complex Multi-BOM analysis tool, containing full tracking of all customer BOM data, sourcing status, risk analysis, country of origin location, qualification tracking, historical event recording, commonality options and Library solutions; Provide support on quarterly BOM Costing exercises for global customers by performing analysis of pricing and BOMs from SAP data, QuoteMaster, cost reduction support and justification for CBOM changes; Provide leadership and work cross-functionally and with other sites to achieve objectives and manage a wide range of processes including - Executive shortage management reporting, BOM Risk analysis, HPS NPI, "OK to Order" process and support for SIOP gap submission and approval at the ELT level; Use of IT concepts and integrated business applications including scavenger, SAP, Enovia and Qspec, ensuring the use of advanced software options Excel Advance, Powerpoint and Dropbox to minimize manual analysis of data and review project needs and identify best IT strategy for each event, creating new applications to support unique requirements on demand; Supports analysis of geographical risk mitigation data by using Z2 data tool to fulfill global customer requirements; Use of Rapid response to perform customer demand and supply analysis, inventory management, clear to build what if scenarios to support planning activities and guidance to the site; Perform review of Purchase Orders, receipts, cost information, stock availability of common parts within global sites by using Scavenger tool to provide supply chain solutions.
