Demand planning; Establishing a sales forecast at material level including work on statistical baseline, analytics, and market trends. Driving and coordinating the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) review process with relevant stakeholders and ensuring the Operational Master Plan (OMP) is up to date and of the highest possible accuracy. Ensuring timely collaboration for launches of new products or others.

Inventory management; Working with Supply Chain Centre of Excellence to ensure product availability and optimizing stock levels, ensure adequate local supply to all customers, to meet obligatory safety stock requirements. Managing stock expiration and minimizing scraping especially on launch orders, high value and slow runner products. Regularly review inventory policy and key supply parameters.

Customer service & logistics; Responsible for relationship management and operations of distributors and 3rd party logistic providers (3PL) with well-defined service level and optimum cost. Securing on-time in-full products supply in local market and correct order management.

Compliance/reporting/others; Ensuring documentation is produced and stored according to internal and external requirements. Ensure that all necessary and relevant Standard Operating Procedures related to supply chain are in place and executed in a timely manner and keeping track of quality and regulation requirements and ensuring company’s supply chain lives up to them. Ensuring timely reporting; daily orders and sales, quality-related activities and issues. Contact point for key stakeholders both internal and external. Proactive for any initiative or continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 8 years of working experience within supply chain management and/or similar. Experience in working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organisational stakeholder management.

Successful track record in negotiating and setting up commercial relationships. Experience and deep knowledge in business planning and performance monitoring processes as well as the market dynamics and key stakeholders.

Good communication in English both written and spoken. Thai language proficiency is a plus.

The position
This position directly reports to the Thailand Finance and Operations Director and has a dotted line reporting to the Region APAC Senior Supply Chain Director. In this role, you will be in charge of establishing and driving the supply chain strategy and operations in Thailand to ensure a mature supply chain setup, ensuring company product availability to patients across the country, efficient and compliant supply in coordination with stakeholders.
