      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Tier I support and first point of escalation for clients seeking technical assistance via phone and ticketing system
      - Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment by handling a high volume of phone calls while creating service desk tickets
      - Troubleshoot issues related to Windows workstations, applications, and remote connectivity
      - Support various email systems using SPAM filtering tools and provide basic support for office technologies
      - Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
      - Acute attention to detail with strong documentation skills
      - Must live within 120 miles of the office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
      - Experience working with third-party vendors
      - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco
