      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a primary, client-facing point of contact for end users, managing inquiries across live-video, email, and chat
      - Exercise sound prioritization judgment when managing multiple concurrent issues, balancing client impact and urgency
      - Build and sustain strong relationships with end users by understanding their workflows and priorities
      - Independently investigate and diagnose complex application issues, leveraging documentation and internal tools
      - Maintain a deep understanding of product capabilities, updates, and known limitations to improve support outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7-10 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
      - Strong experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
      - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in client-facing conversations
      - Experience with Jira, Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
      - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with clinical documentation improvement (CDI) software or related healthcare applications
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital workflows
      - Salesforce and/or SQL experience
