What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process audit and project requests for various health plans
- Understand client objectives and processing rules for each account
- Maintain a daily team achievement rate of 100%
- Report system and account anomalies as needed
- Recognize potential errors and execute necessary corrections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in 10-Key operation and data entry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows within the department
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data analysis and management
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
