      SUMMARY
      This position supports the Wholesale team by handling all submission and disclosure/re-disclosure events for loans received in fulfillment. The Support Specialist is the first impression of the Client Experience.
      Role and Responsibilities
      Other duties not listed here may also be assigned:
      • Intake and set up of all loans submitted to FCM Wholesale for underwriting and/or purchase:
      o (W) Wholesale
      o (1) Non-Delegated Tier 1
      o (2) Non-Delegated Tier 2
      o (3) Delegated Tier 3
      • Intake and initial disclosure/delivery of Loan Estimates for applicable Wholesale production types.
      • Intake and review of non-disclosure loans for acceptability and adherence to division/departmental policy.
      • Intake and review of LE Request for Initial Disclosures to be sent to the borrower on behalf of the business partner.
      • Communicate with Business Partner for accuracy of loan estimate prior to issuance of initial disclosures.
      • Monitor file for electronic signatures and retrieve signed disclosure package, bundle, and send to the business partner.
      • Set up process is splitting documents to specific placeholders, reviewing for accuracy and are compliant with TRID guidelines.
      • Order the Data Verify fraud report, Flood Cert, USPS and any other pre-underwriting tasks as assigned.
      • Monitoring and adherence to departmental SLAs (Service Level Agreements) around defined events - set up and submitted within 24 hours.
      • Assign files accurately to client coordinator, underwriter and move milestone in a timely manner.

      Qualifications:
      • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

      Education and/or Experience:
      High School Diploma/GED and Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred plus 2+ years' experience in mortgage operations preferred.

      SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT SKILLS
      Ability to use Microsoft Office Excel and Word at intermediate level. Able to send and receive emails. Able to use a calculator to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.

      ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
      Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment. Must keep records neat and organized to ensure clear representation of work.
