What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide senior leadership for major transformation programs in the utilities sector
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and mentor junior staff
- Ensure excellence in project management and execution across teams
- Support account management and business development efforts
- Develop and enhance tools, templates, and intellectual property for consulting solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
- 12+ years of experience in business process consulting or direct utilities industry experience
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of at least 5 end-to-end Customer Information System transformations in Tier-1 utilities in North America
- Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to various client locations
