What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic sales initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory plans that align with long-term goals and optimize sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with external customers, including doctors, hospitals, and surgery center personnel
- Conduct business reviews and adapt sales processes based on customer needs and feedback
- Articulate the benefits of equipment value management to improve hospital workflows and patient experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing
- 2+ years of healthcare sales or related experience required
- Operating Room knowledge and medical device sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a team-based selling environment
- Previous experience selling services in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of hospital finance, reimbursement, and regulatory practices
