      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage Windsor's business development teams to achieve revenue growth targets
      - Establish and monitor KPIs related to loan originations and new lender acquisitions
      - Develop and execute a scalable growth plan in collaboration with various teams
      - Identify and acquire new lender clients for Windsor's outsourced SBA LSP services
      - Represent Windsor Advantage at industry events and high-level sales discussions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services or software with a focus on sales leadership
      - Proven track record in leading and scaling sales teams in a high-growth B2B environment
      - Experience structuring complex deals and partnership agreements
      - Previous supervisory experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in SBA lending, fintech, or outsourced banking services
      - Strong knowledge of financial services industry and third-party service models
      - Familiarity with revenue forecasting and KPI analysis
      - Ability to lead and motivate teams across distributed locations
      - Proficient with CRM and pipeline management tools
