      • Drive shopfloor performance in collaboration with CVP LEAN Partners and leaders; oversee large-scale LEAN training projects and monitor LEAN competencies
      • Lead a team of skilled and motivated people and drive progress across the SVP area
      • Continually identify and improve the right behaviour and culture reflecting the LEAN strategy, concepts, and principles

These exciting challenges as well as the constant development of your LEAN-leadership capabilities will both contribute to your professional and personal growth. Our working environment is flexible, dynamic, and informal with a strong culture of cross-functional collaboration.

      Qualifications

For this role, we are looking forward to connecting with candidates who have:

      • An academic degree in relevant subject matters (engineering, business management, manufacturing business, supply chain, economics, or project management)
      • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and change management skills
      • Advanced analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business issues
      • Great presentation and communication skills in English
