What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and scale a sales team to consistently exceed sales quotas and drive profitable net-new revenue growth
- Oversee key client relationships and existing account management to maximize retention, expansion, and long-term client success
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective messaging, lead qualification, campaign follow-up, and pipeline management
- Strengthen strategic alliances with software partners for bidirectional lead sharing and joint go-to-market success
- Represent the employer as an executive thought leader at key industry events and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a sales leadership role driving high-performing teams
- Proven success exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets in Digital Solutions including ecommerce and digital transformation
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, lead qualification, solution selling, and consultative engagements
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, skilled at using CRM tools like Salesforce and/or HubSpot
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills that inspire confidence and performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with adjacent technologies such as PIM, CPQ, CMS, OMS, ERP, and analytics platforms
- Ability to adapt to evolving market solutions such as AI-enabled commerce
- Experience building and scaling sales processes, regional strategies, and partner programs
- Proven ability to manage large deals, negotiate at the executive level, and close with confidence
- Strong organizational and execution skills, balancing strategy with day-to-day performance leadership
