      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead national sales strategy and execution for the employer's portfolio of medical stop loss, level-funded, ancillary, and captive products
      - Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed growth and profitability targets
      - Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers, consultants, TPAs, and strategic distribution partners
      - Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to design competitive offerings
      - Represent the employer at key industry events, serving as a thought leader on alternative risk and funding models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in employee benefits, focusing on medical stop loss, level-funded programs, and captive solutions
      - Demonstrated history of top-tier sales performance and revenue growth in competitive markets
      - Deep relationships with national and regional broker and consultant networks
      - Strong understanding of self-funded health plan dynamics, stop loss underwriting, and alternative funding mechanisms
      - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CEBS, RHU, CLU) preferred
