      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the organization's research and evaluation activities to measure the impact of programs and initiatives
      - Develop and implement evaluation frameworks and methodologies that inform strategic decision-making
      - Oversee the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems to support organizational learning
      - Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team focused on research and impact
      - Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Science, Education, Non-Profit Management, or a related field
      - At least ten (10) years of experience in strategic partnerships, research, evaluation, and impact measurement
      - Proven experience in a leadership role within a non-profit or similar organization
      - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships in the social determinants of health arena
      - Proficiency in research and evaluation methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative approaches
      - Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other case management systems
      - Informed or built knowledge management systems through SharePoint or Confluence
      - Commitment to the mission and values of the organization
