What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive deposit growth and create tailored banking solutions for mid- to large-size title companies, title agents, underwriters, and 1031 exchange firms
- Partner with Treasury Management and other internal teams to deliver a boutique banking experience
- Shape a specialized vertical and innovate product offerings
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including reporting suspicious activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable, by start date
- Experience in banking or financial services, particularly with commercial clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to comply with enterprise policies and procedures
- Commitment to ethical practices and reporting concerns as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with title companies or in the real estate sector
- Familiarity with Treasury Management services
- Proven track record of driving deposit growth in a commercial banking environment
- Participation in diversity-focused initiatives or groups
- Advanced certifications in banking or financial services
