      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a strategic vision for nursing research aligned with the healthcare system's goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD in Nursing required
      - Minimum seven (7) years of related clinical nursing experience and five (5) years of leadership experience
      - Minimum two (2) years of experience in research and funding, including conducting and teaching research
      - Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a state where the employer operates
      - Extensive understanding of nursing science and a proven track record in managing large-scale research projects

      - Proven success in grant acquisition and funding for nursing research
      - Strong analytical skills and experience with research methodologies and statistical software
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and compliance requirements
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse teams
      - Experience in publishing research in peer-reviewed journals and presenting scientific findings
