What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote installation and configuration support for automation and software products
- Collaborate with internal departments and onsite technicians to execute scheduled projects
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure project completion
- Communicate project status and relevant information to internal stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge and readiness for upcoming projects and provide feedback for procedure updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years equivalent work experience in Business or Information Technology
- Experience with deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments
- Proficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems
- Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with or knowledge of pharmacy, workflow, and robotics systems
- Familiarity with implementation processes and business applications like Siebel and Oracle
- Knowledge of WinMagic Full Disk Encryption Software
- Ability to obtain DoD clearance and CAC account for government project work
