      KPS Life is hiring a remote-based Systems Training Specialist to be dedicated to one of our sponsor clients.

      We're looking for a Life Sciences training professional with at least 3 years of experience designing and developing engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and eLearning programs. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, and multimedia content development, with experience partnering with subject matter experts in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field is preferred.

      Systems Training Specialist (Remote)

      Position Summary

      The Systems Training Specialist partners with the Director of Systems Training, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions. This role supports instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training by creating high-quality instructional materials that improve learner performance and the end-user experience.

      Key Responsibilities

      Instructional Design & Content Development

      • Conduct training needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs.
      • Design and develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), and eLearning solutions.
      • Create videos, job aids, quick reference guides, checklists, PowerPoint presentations, and multimedia learning assets.
      • Develop storyboards, prototypes, interview guides, and instructional scripts.
      • Design learner-centered content using micro-learning and other modern instructional approaches.
      • Develop Train-the-Trainer materials to support consistent, high-quality delivery.

      Collaboration & Project Management

      • Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to translate business needs into learning objectives.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for external learning vendors.
      • Support learning pilots, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and observation activities.
      • Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve learning solutions.

      Learning Effectiveness

      • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using formal and informal methods.
      • Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
      • Monitor learning trends and update training content as business needs evolve.
      • Research emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

      Qualifications

      Education

      • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred.

      Experience

      • 2+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions.
      • Experience creating ILT, VILT, eLearning, and multimedia training content.
      • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
      • Experience with learning approaches such as micro-learning, Adaptive Learning, Performance Support, and the 70-20-10 framework.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
