Systems Analyst - Consultant (PeopleSoft Financials & HR)

- Hybrid role - candidate must work onsite at least 1 day per week
- Must be a current resident of South Carolina (SC) or North Carolina (NC) No relocation allowed
- Analyze business and technical requirements for PeopleSoft Financials and HR modules
- Design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft solutions
- Develop and maintain SQR, Application Engine programs, and PeopleCode
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production issues
- Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and BI Publisher
- Develop and manage integrations using Component Interfaces
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and performance issues
- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HR (analysis, development, implementation, and testing)
- 10+ years of experience with Structured Query Reports (SQR)
- 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming
- 10+ years of experience with PeopleTools (version 8.60+)
- 10+ years of experience with PeopleCode development
- 10+ years of experience with Crystal Reports
- 10+ years of experience with COBOL programming
- 10+ years of experience with BI Publisher
- 10+ years of experience with Component Interfaces
Job Title: Systems Analyst - Consultant (PeopleSoft Financials & HR) (10465)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid - 1 day onsite/week)
Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)
