What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analysis and support to customers on EDI-related issues
- Process daily outbound eligibility files and weekly Encounter and claims files
- Collaborate with IT staff and end-users to resolve issues and improve processes
- Perform data audits and quality control measures
- Participate in the design and review of new applications and integration strategies of EDI systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with ten (10) years of experience supporting business computer systems, or an Associate Degree with four (4) years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
- Knowledge of relevant technology concepts, including relational databases, XML, SQL, Powershell, and Azure Services
- Experience with common software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerShell, XML/XSLT, SQL Server, and other database technologies
- Proven time management and organization skills to prioritize workload effectively
- Experience on at least one enterprise and cross-functional project or with integration of multiple systems on dissimilar platforms
