- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of SmartPlant Materials solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with Change and Release Management teams to support successful solution delivery throughout the release lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design discussions and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Apply Agile methodologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to design and implement new capabilities and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, reliability, efficiency, and overall system performance.
- Support production environments by troubleshooting incidents, resolving issues, and maintaining service levels.
- Participate in rotational on-call support as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting Hexagon SmartPlant Materials solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in custom software development across the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL and JavaScript.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations and interfaces.
- Knowledge of release management and production support processes.
- Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods using a keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders via phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings as needed.
- Ability to perform sedentary work with occasional movement to attend meetings and collaborate with team members.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst - Hexagon SmartPlant Materials to lead the development, enhancement, and support of SmartPlant Materials solutions and related interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Hexagon SmartPlant Materials, JavaScript, and PL/SQL, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
