Job Description
- Req#: 2650
- Support and maintain PeopleSoft HCM HR modules including Workforce Administration and Recruiting (TAM/CG).
- Configure workflows, security, HR setup tables, and business processes.
- Manage Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) configurations and approvals.
- Support FMLA administration, compliance, and integration with Payroll and Time & Labor.
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL, PS Query, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
- Perform requirements gathering, functional design, testing (UAT/Regression), and production support.
- Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Provide Level 2 support, incident management, documentation, and end-user training.
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR functional experience.
- Strong expertise in Workforce Administration, TAM/CG, HR Security, and AWE.
- Experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher.
- Knowledge of FMLA processes, PeopleSoft security, PUM, Change Assistant, and Fluid UI.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with SDLC, UAT, ITIL, and enterprise application support.
- Experience with large-scale public sector or enterprise HR systems.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience supporting complex integrations and multi-agency environments.

Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM HR modules to support enterprise HR systems, functional configuration, security, integrations, reporting, and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workforce Administration, TAM/CG, FMLA, AWE workflows, and PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environments.
