      Job Description:
      We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III with deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM to support enterprise HR and Payroll applications. The ideal candidate will provide advanced functional and production support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage system configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Provide Level 2 support for PeopleSoft HCM applications, including HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Commitment Accounting, and Recruiting (TAM/CG).
      • Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support.
      • Support FMLA compliance, HR security, workflow administration (AWE), and business process improvements.
      • Develop and maintain reports, integrations, and interfaces using SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and Integration Broker.
      • Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, testing (UAT/Regression), upgrades, and system enhancements.
      • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

      Required Skills:
      • 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience.
      • Strong expertise in HR/Payroll, Workforce Administration, TAM/CG, Time & Labor, and AWE.
      • Experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
      • Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, ITIL processes, and enterprise application support.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

      Preferred Skills:
      • Experience supporting large-scale ERP environments.
      • Knowledge of FMLA compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
      • Experience with incident management, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
