- Provide Level 2 support for PeopleSoft HCM applications, including HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Commitment Accounting, and Recruiting (TAM/CG).
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support.
- Support FMLA compliance, HR security, workflow administration (AWE), and business process improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports, integrations, and interfaces using SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and Integration Broker.
- Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, testing (UAT/Regression), upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience.
- Strong expertise in HR/Payroll, Workforce Administration, TAM/CG, Time & Labor, and AWE.
- Experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, ITIL processes, and enterprise application support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP environments.
- Knowledge of FMLA compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience with incident management, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
