What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for assigned applications, ensuring high availability and performance
- Drive efforts to proactively identify application or system issues and improve availability
- Maintain ownership of incidents through resolution, exceeding Service Level Agreements
- Assist with customer onboarding projects and entry phases of application systems analysis
- Generate and maintain virtual servers, performing vulnerability management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' experience with Microsoft SQL and IBM DB2
- Previous experience in the banking industry
- Working knowledge of risk and security practices relating to workstations and servers
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in supporting financial back-office operations including teller and check processing
- Fiserv Premier experience
- MS Windows Server experience
- Ability to train end users on final products and create technical documentation
