What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide regular status updates to management on various projects and keep them informed of risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Research and document resolutions for requirements, technical design comments, defects, and gaps with business and vendor staff
- Evaluate design, development, testing, and confirm that results align with system or business processes
- Analyze and revise flow charts, process models, and technical specifications describing current or future IT systems or business processes
- Act as a change agent by identifying necessary organizational improvements and training others to implement new systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting large-scale software systems or applications
- 84 months of experience analyzing large-scale business processes and creating and reviewing test plans
- 84 months of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system development lifecycle
- 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management
- 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid, focusing on Eligibility and Enrollment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst, particularly in large-scale projects
