What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in meetings with clients to gather business requirements and provide updates
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet client needs, including data management and report building
- Collaborate with team members on project management tasks and participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and pursue relevant certifications
- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 84 months of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and administration
- At least 60 months of experience in designing, building, and deploying custom Salesforce objects and automation tools
- Proven proficiency in managing user profiles, permission sets, and ensuring data security
- Demonstrated ability in creating and optimizing reports and dashboards for business insights
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components for custom development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading and cleansing
- Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange and integrating third-party solutions
- Understanding of SOQL and SOSL for data querying
- Pursuit of additional Salesforce certifications to enhance expertise
