      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements
      - Design and manage all client and agent-facing interaction tools, including CRMs and AI-based virtual assistants
      - Create and maintain automations for internal agent-facing tools and optimize agent workflows
      - Ensure timely responses to Systems Service desk requests and troubleshoot technical issues
      - Keep informed on changes impacting users and agents to maintain optimal automations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of contact centers and live support tool operations
      - Excellent computer skills with a willingness to leverage AI technologies
      - High level of understanding, patience, and exceptional attention to detail
      - Previous remote work experience with an appropriate remote work setup
      - Experience in a technical role (Software QA, Junior Engineer, etc.)
