What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers
- Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to support customer satisfaction and service retention
- Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives and market strategies
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Less than 2 years of experience engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Less than 2 years of experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively to potential customers
- Less than 2 years of experience working in a target-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification demonstrating knowledge and skills in sales strategies and customer interaction
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification enhancing skills in delivering effective training and performance improvement interventions
