What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present T-Mobile's latest offers and services
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Direct to Consumer sales program
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Effectively communicate and articulate T-Mobile's product offerings to potential customers
- Identify and resolve issues during the sales process to ensure a smooth customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers
- Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs and market conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
