      Job Description

      As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will be a working manager responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant and maintaining initiatives in the areas of Administrative responsibilities, Interviewing, hiring & training, Performance reviews, Product Quality and Maintenance while usually working a 45 hour work week.

      A qualified applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent, although a University degree is preferred, a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of P & L statements, basic math and accounting skills, strong customer service skills and strong skills in the areas of communication, leadership and conflict resolution.Previous Taco Bell experience preferred but not required
