What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary resource for tracking technology implementation and support
- Own the creation and QA/troubleshooting of tracking phone numbers for client campaigns
- Consult with clients on tracking solutions to measure their marketing goals
- Investigate web and campaign traffic trends to discover insights on conversion paths
- Manage multiple client priorities while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or Marketing Analytics
- 2+ years of proven experience in a marketing role
- Familiarity with site analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Piwik, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Agency or consulting experience
- Familiarity with digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Proven experience working with analytics and tagging tools
- HTML and scripting experience is a plus
