What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strong internal relationships as a reliable resource on the People team
- Manage calendar scheduling for candidate interviews across multiple time zones and locations
- Maintain recruitment calendars and ensure preparation materials are shared with stakeholders
- Generate regular recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring process efficiency
- Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions and handle offer letter preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years in a Coordinator or Admin position, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent email and calendar management skills
- Ability to handle complex details with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Must be located in the Tri-State area with flexibility to be at NYC HQ as needed

- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Familiarity with recruitment reporting and analytics
