      Role Description

      The Talent Acquisition Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company's hiring strategy through deep market research, data-driven insights, and strategic talent mapping. The analyst will support the ST6 recruiting team in sourcing strategy and sourcing execution of top talent for key positions. This role is designed for a highly analytical individual who excels at identifying top talent, leveraging industry intelligence, and optimizing sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at using research tools and databases to build a pipeline of high-potential candidates that align with business needs.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Proactively sources and attracts top talent through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline for key hiring needs.
      • Conducts market research and leverages internal and external data sources to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
      • Manages and maintains the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity to support effective talent acquisition efforts.
      • Executes high-volume recruitment efforts, consistently meeting or exceeding hiring productivity goals across supported companies.
      • Ensures high-quality hiring outcomes by consistently selecting and securing candidates who thrive in their roles, contributing to strong employee retention across supported companies.

      Competencies
      • Sourcing: Supplements candidate flow and enhances candidate pool by actively connecting with and engaging potential qualified candidates.
      • Talent assessment: Assesses employee talent to align with organizational goals and development needs.
      • Project management: Manages projects efficiently, ensuring completion on time and within budget constraints.
      • Talent Market Mapping: Conducts talent market mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates, using industry data and research tools to support hiring strategies.
      • Analytically savvy & data driven: Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business strategies.
      • Attention to detail: Involves a meticulous approach to work, prioritizing accuracy and thoroughness to ensure high-quality outcomes.

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • 0-2 years in Talent Acquisition
      • Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies in processes and task automation
