      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Maintain and review documentation related to personnel services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eligible for appointment and pass required examinations
      - Background investigation clearance required before hire
      - Authorization to work in the United States is necessary
      - Strong analytical and communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in human resources or talent acquisition
      - Familiarity with California state employment regulations
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a professional setting
      - Previous experience working in a government agency
