- Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM and ATS systems
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process

- Identify staffing and recruiting opportunities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for leadership
- Build relationships with healthcare organizations, home health agencies, oil & gas companies, and professional businesses
- Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Update CRM and pipeline systems daily
- Track recruiting and sales activity metrics
- Maintain organized databases and documentation
- Assist with reporting and recruiting operations
- Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions
