      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Human Resource Manager to implement HR initiatives for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
      - Oversee the recruitment process, including assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding
      - Lead HR-related projects focused on developing and implementing policies and procedures
      - Serve as a liaison with the Executive Director and other leadership members for effective communication
      - Stay updated on best practices in recruiting and hiring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
      - 1-3 years of direct leadership experience
      - 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial/start-up environment
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a nonprofit organization
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Strong decision-making abilities and time management skills
