Under the direction of the Sr Talent the HR / Talent Acquisition Assistant will use our ATS – Applicant Tracking System Healthcaresource and the integrated background check system Universal to process
the Onboarding of the new hires received from the Talent Acquisition Team. This position will check for accuracy and completion of all HR Onboarding documents, process and ensure timely completion of all
Background Checks, schedule Lab appointments for our new hires with LabCorp and ensure attendance and completion and submit results through our system. Attention to detail; excellent communication
skills both verbal and written; excellent computer skills, and excellent customer service skills are required.
Experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System, one Background check system, and one HR system is required. This position will also assist with scheduling new hires for our New
Employee Orientation and supporting this event in person through on-site interaction with new employees and some information sharing through an established PowerPoint template.
This position requires at least (2) years of current experience (3 years preferred) performing these most of these functions as an HR Assistant, Recruiting Assistant, or Onboarding Assistant.
GED / High School Diploma required. Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
