      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
      - Partner with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring needs
      - Serve as a main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
      - Post job openings and review resumes using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
      - Perform additional duties and projects as needed to support evolving Talent Acquisition needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
      - Team player with adaptability to change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS platform
      - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Prior experience recruiting in Construction, Engineering, or Skilled Trade industries
