- 12-month fixed term contract in a varied and fast-paced talent acquisition role
- Play a key role in the development of Beca’s graduate and internship recruitment strategy, working with People and Culture team members to further enhance and streamline our recruitment programme to attract future talent.
- Project Managing the campaign which involves managing communication plans with hiring managers to determine graduate requirements; target universities, working with a delivery team to manage the candidate selection process, applicant screening, video & face to face interview scheduling, and decision processes.
- Manage and attend digital and on-campus activities to engage with students throughout the year.
- Liaise with university career services, faculty, and student associations to build brand profile and keep up to date with student trends.
- Coordinate attendance at campus recruitment events from career fairs and specialization events to facilitating panel discussions.
- Opportunity to be involved in a range of team projects and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Business Partner
The Opportunity
Working with our Talent Acquisition and Talent & Inclusion teams you will primarily be responsible for project managing our Graduate & Internship recruitment campaigns across New Zealand and Australia. This is no mean feat as we hire around 200 graduates and 100 interns into our business every year!
Each day will look a little bit different as you will be leading and delivering graduate and intern campaigns and working with internal stakeholders on a small portfolio of business-as-usual roles to support the wider team, but you can expect it to look something like this:
About You
You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally from another campus recruitment or high-volume role with exceptional project management and communication skills. You will love developing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; Each year we receive 2000 plus applications for our graduate and internship programmes, so being a strong communicator, an excellent multitasker and having candidate care at the heart of what you do will be essential to your success.
